We concluded that this board could use some intellectual stimulus. Asking the question of all to post some interesting subject matter, ie. the state of our government's stand on medicine for terminal diseases. Why is it we have no cure yet for cancer or hiv, yet in other countries research is proving over and over again that there are medicines that not only improve the quality of life, but have stemmed the tide of both these diseases.
It seems that all the boards have simply become advertising forums for visitors or those who wish to let others know where they will be. That, in and of itself is not a bad thing, but how about something a little deeper here. God, knows that this is an incredibly intelligent community.
How about this one? What in the world is going to happen regarding North Korea?

Well, real quick, cause I have to go back to reading the ads (:>).  No cure for disease cause there is no money in it. That being said, I have witnessed first-hand some full-remission cancer, so there is viable treatment out there.
Korea will evolve as we see it until either the dictator is disposed or the cruise missles start flying.

Why do countries other than the U.S. make policies for long term and our country has policies based on the premise that a 4 year President has to leave a legacy and the policy changes with each President. This could explain Invasions of Iraq....no response to Darfur?...allowing Genocide on the African Continent...etc.etc...etc..but I can honestly say ...when I;m with my atf...we have our mouthes busy doing other things...I guess I;m shallow tooo.....lol.

I would rather have the discussion with your ATF, so how about loaning her to me. Muah ha ha

I really agree though, we set ourselves up for failure every four years with this governmental practice, however we are lucky to live free eh?
