I am traveling to SF from Chicago on 1/28, and have a dinner downtown from 7-9, and would love to have a nightcap with a mature (i.e., 30s or older) for an hour or so.  I am staying at a hotel downtown, so I could host, but could also meet at an incall not too far away.  I look forward to hearing from you.
