entertainment professionals, much like actresses.  I have had some friendships develop with providers where we have shared a bottle of wine and I have asked questions like these. Some have responded very honestly of what it is like from their point of view.  I think all hobbyists wonder about what is going through the girls' mind.   My take away from these discussions is, even though there is a lot of acting going on, they are still human with human feelings and body parts and are subject to real pleasure if stimulated in the right way, so its really a YMMV situation with each provider/hobbyist relationship being unique.  Put a hot girl and guy naked in a bedroom together and who's to say whether its real or not?

The ability to learn, this one takes some work because not all women are created equally, learn different techniques and pay attention to what she responds to. Acting is one thing that many do well but, involuntary muscle spasms (especially the belly) and air intakes (gasps) are another.
