Particularly the rule that talks about frequency of the ads.
It's much more effective to get involved in some discussions, or introduce a topic of your own, while leaving a link in the message for us to follow back to your contact information.
I'm pretty liberal with posts here, but one of these days I'm going to start deleating ads that are too frequent.
