The Power Exchange is not gone.  They shut down for a few months, but about three weeks ago they reopened at a new location on Jones Street.  Check their website:  http://powerexchange.com/power/main.html

Another possibility for you may be The Citadel, which has events of different types each week.  You can check them out at http://www.sfcitadel.org/Events/Events.html

Beyond that, you'd probably have to find some escorts who serve up fetish experiences and can show you around the city's fetish sites - there are plenty of such ladies in San Francisco and they can be found at the usual escort malls.

While I've no experience with t-g's or bdsm "establishments" I'd note that Eros' SF BDSM section shows one "establishment" called "The Gates" and there's a wellknown TG club called "Divas" in SF - for the latter, just google Divas San Francisco and (just double checked) you'll come up with a link for that.

Again, only two S&M ladies in my resume, one is long retired.  The other is "Mistress Kalliope" and I can tell you she's technically something on the level of a nationwide or worldwide top expert (lol.)  As is she's got a PHD and is the recognized top authority especially regarding matters of rope (lol, lol!)  If nothing else, she might be able to suggest "establishments" - or you might just go for a 1-on-1.  (The sheer amount of equipment she had at the incall hotel when I met here might arguably be called a "portable establishment"!)  BTW, I hear that Kalliope's added vanilla GFE to her bill of fare, which is something that could spark my interest again.  (I personally found the 'strictly BDSM' experience "fascinating" but overall not something I'm inclined to repeat without a larger dash of GFE and or PSE into the recipe.)
