This has been by far the worst week in hobbying I’ve ever had. It started last Wednesday when I met Miko Lee while she was visiting SF. For those who don’t know her, Miko is a porn star and has some of the best reviews on TER, deservingly so (see http://theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?id=8700). She’s beautiful, intelligent, and willing to do anything, but due to a confluence of events, I had a mediocre time with her. Now, you have to understand why this is so bad. I had been anticipating seeing her for months, I paid a small fortune for the privilege, her reviews are fantastic, and I expected the time of my life. Instead, she was on her period, we got a late start, I couldn’t get fully erect after the first pop, the agency started calling before we finished, and I forgot my wallet there when I left. To her credit, Miko apologized profusely for the session and it was obvious even with everything that happened that she’s incredible. But between the lack of opportunity and the high price, I couldn’t turn around and try her again the following week.

Feeling down about this, I decided to cheer myself up with someone else. I looked at the visiting section of Eros Guide and really liked the photos of McKayla (see http://www.eros-guide.com/files/sam1-mckayla1.htm). I couldn’t find any reviews under her name, phone, or email, but thought I’d take a chance and maybe get lucky. I called McKayla Friday morning, she told me to call at noon, and when I did, we set up a 3:30 appointment. Well, she didn’t call me again that day and I couldn’t reach her. That night I sent her an email asking what happened.

On Sat I got a response from McKayla. It turned out she was in a car accident (another car accident!?! – see below), no injuries, and she offered to meet on Monday at the same time. I also got an email from one of my ATFs, Cindy Lee (see http://theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?id=53321). I hadn’t spoken to Cindy in a month, but she said she could meet on Tuesday and I grabbed at the chance.

On Monday I called McKayla to confirm our meeting and she told me that the hotel didn’t book her reservation. Huh? Isn’t a hotel important for a visiting provider? Whatever. She offered to meet on Tuesday, but of course I couldn’t because I was going to see Cindy, and besides, that was two misses in two days with McKayla.

I got home, checked my email, and Cindy had asked if we could push the appointment back a bit. Uh oh, I know what this means. See, let me explain my history with her. The first time I met with Cindy I called her when I got to the hotel and she said she was running late and would be there shortly. I called again 15 minutes later and she said she was still on her way and would call once she was checked in. She called me 15 minutes later to say she was there, but if I wanted to cancel she’d understand. After waiting 30 minutes I wasn’t about to cancel and I was so glad I didn’t. Cindy was fantastic and I hoped to become a regular after that initial session.

A few weeks later I called Cindy to set up another appointment. On the day of, I called to confirm and her phone was number was disconnected. I waited for her to call me, but the time came and went, and I went to the gym instead. When I got out I had a message from her that she had been in a car accident. I couldn’t call her, but she called again and we arranged to meet the following day, although she sounded a bit reluctant.

The next day I got to the hotel and called for the room number and Cindy asked me if I had any condoms!!! You’ve got to be kidding! I said no and she said she’d get some (which turned out asking the front desk to run out and buy some for her). Still, the session turned out great and we booked another one for the weekend after next. She even made a point of writing it in her calendar and showing me.

A few days before the meeting she emailed me that she really needed a vacation and was going to see her mother for the weekend so had to cancel our meeting. Sure, I’m upset, and at this point thinking she’s a flake, but what can I do? Then a month later, out of nowhere, she sends me the email that she can meet on Tuesday. Which brings us to today.

So, I’m supposed to meet with Cindy, a little later than I wanted, but who cares I’m still excited, and I’m waiting for her call. Of course, I can’t call her because she hasn’t given me her new number that she said she was getting Monday and would give me, and in the 15 minutes I’m away from my cell phone (around 1pm) she leaves a message that she’s leaving for NY soon and has a lot of errands to run and it’s all really hectic and she has to cancel, but maybe we can meet next week. What the f__k!!! She contacted me with the date! When I suggested the time she emailed back “Great.” Now she’s canceling two hours beforehand!  And I can’t even call her to complain.

Trying to salvage my plans I call McKayla again, but she never calls back. I try another provider, but have to leave a message. Finally, I get a hold of Brittany (see http://theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?id=44365). I ask if she can meet at 3:30pm. She says she needs to get her nails done, but maybe she can get them done after, or maybe she should get her nails done before. Honestly, she sounded like she wasn’t all there, but at this point I didn’t care. I told her to get her nails done afterward and she told me to meet her at the Hot Tubs at 3:30. I asked if she meant the ones on Van Ness and she confirmed.

At 3:10pm, just before I leave, I called to make sure she’ll be on time, but got her vmail. I decided to go anyway and called when I got there at precisely 3:30. Still no answer. I call again at 3:45 and still no answer.  I called once more at 4pm to let her know I was leaving. She never picked up and she never did call me back.

So lets recap. Bad experience with one of the best PSEs (especially painful because I could tell how good she was and what I missed); cancelled on two consecutive appointments by McKayla; last minute cancellation by Cindy, who called me for the appointment; and a no show by Brittany.

Has anyone else had an experience like this with these particular providers? I mean, is there anyone who didn’t have an incredible time with Miko Lee? Has anyone ever seen McKayla? Has Cindy Lee flaked on anyone else? Has Brittany not shown up to an appointment she agreed to only hours before? Seriously, let me know. Between this, the past five days at work, and my mother-in-law, I’m beginning to feel jinxed.

Wow what experience you had it sure sounds like it was off week.  As a hobbyist myself over the years I have realized that things go well about 90% of the time and that about 10% of the time things go to Shit.  Also over the years I have realize that most providers have problems either with drugs or problems with time management and financial management.  As a friend once told me enjoy life as we go and don't sweat the small stuff.

Do your research on this one!

She gives the word Neurotic new meaning. Alot of info elsewhere on the web on this one. Just try calling her and you'll see for yourself. Phone manners are just a few things she needs to work on.

I've been trying to call Erotic Gina based on a post on another board saying she would be in LA the next two weeks. Heard a lot about her, some good, some bad, figured I'd find out for myself.

Seems more likely the BAD things I've seen are not worth the good things I've seen. This girl seems to create a LOT of drama...I'm too busy for that...

misunderstood. she screens carefully due to a few very bad experiiences with dangerous clients. this has turned off a bunch of prospective clients.  she also is quite active in alerting fellow providers about bad clients. some of her fellow providers seem to not have taken kindly to her efforts. she seems to have stirred up plenty of controversy. i can tell you from personal experience that she is quite beautiful, slim, busty, a hoot to talk to and even a bigger hoot to play with. you would be hard pressed to find out differenty from any hobbyist who has actually seen her. now, from guys she has screened out and jealous fellow providers... you'll hear plenty of sh*t. take it with many grains of salt. i post and review very infrequently, but have been around for a long time. just my humble .02 sail NY

You are entitled to you're own opinion and we all know you shill for Gina b/c you've written many a reviews about her.

Everyone has their ATF but she was not mine. I met her in Florida and between trying to decide which eye to focus on and her attitude I would not repeat.

Perhaps you should ask Lover2 why it's okay to slam ladies with no reviews? He/She has done nothing but slam Alana, Jill, Tiffany, BDJ etc.. but constantly promotes Gina's whereabouts after she was removed from this site.

I'm done with this thread but will continue to warn others of a total waste of time. Plus, my friend in LI just told me he was put in a database of bad clients and he has 45 reviews.

Maybe she doesn't even want your business.

we all don't click with every provider.
Maybe your buddy belongs in a bad database.
Not all ladies have the same experiences.

I know for a fact if you had told Gina that you didn't have a great time she would have tried to make it up to you.  But based on your attitude I do not blame her.

I've learned three things in this hobby ... in order of priority:

(1) Decide the things you like, and then only consider providers with a history of 9's and 10's delivering those things.

(2) You get what you pay for.

(3) Stay away from the Porn Stars ... you can do several sessions with a 9/10 top-tier provider for the same price.

That philosophy has driven me to providers like NatashaNZ and Porscha here in the Bay Area, Caycee in Dallas, Aerlee Bloome in North Carolina, and Dianne Jupiter in LA (all of which I travel to regularly).

When I look at a new geography, I do a search on local providers with a minimum of 8 reviews, average of no less than 8, and check-boxes on all the things I like (BBBJTCIM, DFK, No-Rush, etc.).  You'll usually get fairly small search return.  Then I go through each provider and read the reviews.  There will always be a couple of $$$$+ Porn Stars in there, but I mark those off the list fairly quickly.  I make my picks, make contact, usually via EMail, provide a good information cross section about myself, and the timeframe I'm available.  The results have ALWAYS been excellent.

It's never the bottom price, and it's not the PSE price, but this methodology has provided a terrific experience without exception.  Every time I go "off brand" looking for a bargain, and rationalize my way into someone with "mixed" reviews, I get screwed (no pun intended).

The result of this is terrific ATF's in all the locations that I frequent, and a terrific and consistant level of service that is predictable and fulfilling.

That's my strategy.  It works for me.  What you described as your "Hell Week" is virtually the opposite of how I look for companions.

Gosh you did have a horrible week. I do hope your hobbying in the coming days or weeks are better. I take a break when I am on my period because even though I can still do appointments I am not always in the best of moods and I would rather not see anybody then to see them and give them a cranky tude. I am not a hobbyist so I don't know what to say except I truly hope things go better for you.
