Does anyone know why Nina Fuentes' web site says she's currently unavailable?

Her other ads (Eros & City Vibe) have been taken down also.  I don't know what the issue is, but it can't be good.

How about if she's just on vacation, getting new pics done and having a blast out in the world...or....some wealthy client has her somewhere in the world on an extended fun time? C'mon guys, no red flag just cuz her site's being improved!
