As a visitor to figure out market.  Including acceptable timing for ladies to respond to extended date request.  Going on 4 days for vivienne. Sure she has good reasons.  Just communicate them.

After a couple of days no answer perhaps a follow-up message. If still no answer I would reach out to someone else.  
As a visitor you are only in town for a certain  period of time. I am sure many of us ladies would love an extended date request.
