Just whining a little about the distance between the airport and town. I'll be arriving at midnight so Bart is out of the question. Just need to suck it up and have the cabbie get me to my bed as soon as possible.

Save your money.
Take a quick, comfortable BART ride from inside the airport (next to the international terminal)directly to downtown SF.  Then a short walk or $5 cab ride to your Financial District hotel.

With the money you save, you can have a get together with one of San Francisco's fine ladies, of which there are many.
