I am (admittedly) new to this game. So, I apologize if this is a stupid question (which is very possible). Is it completely impossible to find a cute, well-reviewed, petite (5'4" or less) GFE in San Francisco for less than $1k/hr?

You might be searching in the wrong ad sites if all you're finding are $1k/hr ladies, those ladies in that price range are the exception and most of the available Providers are far less than that. The San Francisco ad board is plentiful with ladies that suit your criteria. Also, P411 is also a great resource to find what you're looking for.

I agree with the OP that a lot of providers are in the very pricey range but many still far below $1K. So many girls, so little time.....and sometimes, cash....
