I booked an appointment w/ Gabrielle. This was the first appointment I ever booked with this company. I got an email today saying she wasn't going to make it. Does this company have a history of cancelling appointments? I have read threads indicating this is a pattern. I never had any problems with the other outfit from Canada. What's up with you guys?
