Did you ever notice that porn stars tour the obvious cities like LA, NYC, Chicago, etc. and even places like Portland and Cleveland, but, they never seem to make it here?  Is that because they think we are close enough to LA?  Or, is it because they think our wallets are too thin?  Or, do they think they can't compete with our finest from America's Finest City?  I don't know, but I would mind having a chance to take a ride on a starlet.  What do you guys think?  If we make enough noise, they may finally come down.

Reo Porn Stars Ever Visit America's Finest City

There are a number of reasons, at least as concluded by some ladies that have given me their thoughts as well as my own:

1) too close to tj mesco, where youger women will provide basic services for less than $50-$100 (which is still too high considering what you get and risk, but less than our average of $300/hour).

2) too close to LA, but a bit far to drive to make it a 'suburb'. If they are going to visit SoCal, why not go to the BIG market as opposed to the secondary market.

3) San Diego is a much poorer place than you think. A heavy percentage of our nearly 4 million people (mostly very young or below 35 years of age) live very modestly with minimal incomes barely above subsistence; such as military and supporting personnel who make well below $50k/year, huge number of illegal aliens (more than 1 million in SD alone), who make an average of $25k/year or about $300-$700/week *CASH* and pay no taxes except sales taxes (these people do NOT pay income/payroll taxes for the most part), and consider on top of this many 'Americans' making approx. $30k/year average who indeed have to pay this state's really high taxes and... oh yes, high land prices...
despite SD being touted as a 'biotech' and 'cell phone' tech center, the percentage of highly paid white collar professionals (i.e. those who could afford the services of a porn star) relative to the city's population is quite small.

4) Many providers have told me that SD does not have a lot of takers for providers above $300, you can also check with some of FL agencies that have visiting ladies to our town. One in particular told me that SD is a difficult place to book anyone over $400/hour....

5) Though I mean no disrespect to any local providers, porn stars hardly consider the local ladies 'competition'... let's face it, how many 'model' babes do we have (again, factor in our city's enormous size) compared to Florida based providers or LA?

6) and last but not least, SD does have a reputation for active police prosecution!

All of these factors certainly make it difficult for the average SD inhabitant to blow $1k-$2K for a 1-2 hour encounter; and analogously, why would a porn star want to come here and take a risk?

I don't get it. Who gives a damn if you get to bang a girl who has done it in front of a camera? There are girls in SD both pro and non pro that look just as good or better than any so called pornstar. I saw a low level wannabe for quite a while and it wasn't any feather in my cap and it wouldn't be any different if the likes of Jenna Jameson kept company with me for an hour or two. What's the difference? All girls have the same parts and know how to use them with differing degrees of skill. PS aren't any more skilled than any one else. I guess what they say about a fool and his money are true.
