I rarely post, but was encouraged by my local fave to relate my experience with a well-reviewed lady who travels here fairly frequently.  I had an appointment with her on her last trip and was bailed on at the last minute with a fairly weak excuse, but with a promise of a get-together the next time.

Sure enough, I received an email saying she'd be in town last week. I was out of town at the time and sent her a response saying Wednesday would be good.  After multiple phone calls/emails (her voicemail was full a couple of times), it was agreed for 11:30 Wednesday, but with her mentioning 'for 2 hours, yes?'.  I responded that I would just be getting back in the office that day and couldn't get away for longer than an hour.  Heard nothing back and decided she was sticking to the 2 hour minimum and wrote her off.

On Wednesday, I get an email at 11:00a.m. saying 'I'm here, call me'.  I called and again got voicemail, but said I'd still like to get together.  Got another email (responding to an email of a month earlier), one of a couple that were just kind of off the wall but got a phone call that night.  She seemed in a hurry and before we could agree on a time she said to call her tomorrow (Thursday) and hung up.  Got another email apologizing for catching me at home which I said was not a problem and called her the next day.

We agreed to 11:00a.m. on Friday after she again tried to get me to do 2 hours and gave me the hotel in Old Town and room number (a day in advance??).

Ran a little late, but called both her numbers at 10:55 as I was already in Old Town havin trouble finding the hotel.  No answer on either.  Turned out there are two of those hotels in that area.  Went to the room of the first and was greeted by a little 80 year old man.  Boy, what a disappointment. Found the second hotel about 15 minutes late after trying the phone route again with no answer.  Nobody home.  Went back to the office and sent her an email hoping everything was ok.  She was supposed to be in town until mid-week, but I've heard nothing and am a more than a little pissed. Fortunately, my ATF (mentioned earlier) squeezed me into her schedule on Saturday and more than made up for my disappointment.

PM me for specifics.

Just kidding Sam. With the exception of Jai, Alicia Allure and Tori, who is retired, I've had nothing but trouble communicating with providers in SD.

I have not been stood up like you, but have been unsuccesful in getting responses from highly regarded providers. I think it is a horrible business practice not to return email or phone calls. Tell me you don't want to see me or you are busy or you think I'm a dick because of posts like this, whatever, but at least respond. We are big boys here, we can take it.

I would name her here, Sam.

Actually, our time together was much too short so maybe next time.  I think he was a clock-watcher.

My experience had been the same as yours up until this adventure.  I, too, have no problem with too busy, 2 hour minimums, whatever, just let me know.

I haven't seen Alicia or Tori, but Jai is definitely on my short-list of local favorites. I'll give you a clue as to the identity;  her initials are the same as the second lady in your list.  I'd like to here from someone who has actually seen her.

I can easily top that story with the same person.  I am STILL waiting for the promised 'make up'.  But I am holding out hope.

I try to respond quickly to a phone call but, if I'm busy and I think to much time has gone by I won't call back just out of respect. So I suggest that you make sure you let the provide know when is a good time to call back. I know I always appreciate that.
