I have just received a new supply of Viagra and Levitra---I am wanting to personally test each Medicine to try and determine which Medicine  performs best and which has the least side effects after the test.

This  would be a non-donation test (possibly tax deductible--check with your CPA).  The test would require similar preliminary activities and main event activities and would be done two-three days apart.
