I'vew never been but to me the key to a good trip relies on the quality of the cuisine. Please answer the following Buffet quiz based on personal experience. Let's use a scale between 1&10. (10) for "Best" and (1) for "Get Me the Hell Outta Here", if you please. I've included examples to help you gauge your answer.
Ready, begin the Buffet quiz:
A. Are they presented in an appetizing fashion(10) or do they appear in tired disarray from being picked through(1)?
B. Are they all you can eat(10) or are seconds not offered(1)?
C. Is there a wide assortment to choose from(10) or is there a standard fare(1)?
D. Do the dishes possess many exotic ingredients(10)influenced from places like Russia, Greece or my favorite, Asia? Not many(5), None(1)?
E. Are the fish tacos mostly soft and fresh(10) with a subtle zest(7) or smell like they've been laying out in the sun all week(3)sprinkeled with dead flies(1)?
F. Does it digest easily with gentle reminders of a great experience(10) or does it give you some gas(7) with sharp pains(5) that turn you into a bowl painter(3) from both ends of your body(1)?  
Lastly, how much dinero can I expect to pump into the Mexican economy in one trip? Is it your treat(10) or do I just have to pay for gas(8)and my meal(5)and bribe the nice policia that pulls us over(4)and post bail for smuggling our under aged "nieces" over the boarder(1)?
