So, I get this email today. I see Eros mentioned at the top and thought it was from them. IT'S NOT, so don't boycott them.
I could only paste the text not the full blown ad and it's not on their website.
Either way basically offering to make you look better/different for $10 bucks a pic to pull better clients. Touch ups are one thing, but making a smaller tummy, removing tattoos, etc.
Well, let's just say I'm sure there are a number of opinions on this one. As if there isn't enough to look out for in the search for the 'real deal.'

I don't think it's fair to the men. Or the ladies that work at looking good.
But you have to show up at the door, so I think honesty is always best.

I think you hit the nail on the head, Jai. I will mention, however, that your pictures don't need ANY of that stuff! As good as you look in your photos, you look even better in person!
