I was driving past The Tubs a few days ago and saw some major renovation going on.  Its years since I'd been there with a provider - one of my first experiences here in SD.  Does anyone know if they are closing down or just upgrading?

I did a quick search and nothing came up. I considered calling but doubt the number is still active.
I certainly hope they are reopening with upgrades but I sense that with all the escorting and other sex that went on there they may not have simply "closed" before and were perhaps shut down. Or, as the place was pretty grimy, maybe the closed with the intent to upgrade due to building codes or health standards...

I recall going there with a provider probably eight years ago.  It was kind of run down even then, but I love the whole jacuzzi thing.  They were cleaning out a couple of the tubs and I naively asked the attendant if they did that after each client.  She said sure.  The provider started laughing and told her that was a load of BS.  I guess there's a reason why they call it liquid herpes.  Just jumped in, hoping they were using really good disinfectant.  Interestingly after we screwed, the provider (whom I've never seen again) went and washed her pussy in the tub.  Things that make you go hmmmmm.

Its been closed down for awhile I think.  I used to know a gal that worked there and they had  been robbed a few times so that may have had something to do with it.  And from what I know, they were really good about cleaning and disinfecting the tubs.  Or maybe that was for people they liked.  I dont think its coming back.
