I have never seen this girl even advertise out here.  I think she is not the real thing.  Be careful.

I agree with rmplestilskin... there used to be a Tiffany in San Diego but she's since moved to the LA area, and it definitely wasn't the same one thats shown in the link. I've never seen that Tiffany advertise locally.
