Sorry, didn't mean to be a jerk.  Just thought that since the info is mostly in the TJ forums here or on CL "you" could do the research.

And remember - the money you save in TJ you may need for anti-virals later on...

Try the TJ forum, duh.  Also do a search on CL for Tijuana.

If Team Juanita is back in biz, it's a good resource.
