It is so true miss Rose! On top of that one should notice what happens after this "lucky" person gets the winning ticket. It usually doesn´t look good.... I learned from your friends here that there there is a much better way of spending my money!!!
The guy guy on the street corner who said he would sell me the winning lotto numbers, was a con because they did not win. When I confronted him he said they were for a different lotto.. Damn I could have hobbyied for life!
