Great weather on the plus side!
However, housing is high and so are gas prices.  I also saw on the news that because of our high gas prices, grocery store prices are high compared to the rest of the country.

Cali is great but it all depends on where in Cali you want to go.
San Diego is the best cty in the nation. The weather is phenominal and there is so much to do here espicially if your an active person. Probably the work-out capital of the nation. Along with exercise and activity there is the night-life which is fantastic, bars and resturants along with hot-spots, every week there is no shortage of things to do.
San Diego is primarily a military town split between the Navy and USMC along with having a very strong mexican/latino vibe, but above all San Diego is very mellow and laid-back for a big city.
As for escorting, there are really only a handful of ladies who dominate this city. San Diego could use a shot in the arm of some more talent! A lot of guys travel to LA for more variety and different things that San Diego doesn't offer. I'm sure if you contacted the more requested women in San Diego they could give you more info on the provider scene.
The one draw-back for SD is the real-estate market is out of control which makes the cost of living here ridiculous but in the end I think it's well worth it to live here.
You should come out here for a week , check it out maybe make some contacts and meet some new clientel!
Good-luck!

San Diego is the best place to live.

Also the most expensive.  A CHEAP one bedroom apt will run $1,200 a month and a nice two bedroom is $2,500.  The average house is 500G and that isn't much.

And gas today was $3.55 for regular.

But after a year's residency your daughter can go to college virtually for free, IF she can get in.  SDSU had 57,000 applicants for 9,000 openings.

But the best guys in the hobby are here too!

Giggle,
TS Jamie

San Diego is the best place to live in the state of Calif bar none, no what am I talking about, the best place in the country. Wheather here is about 250 days + of sunshine, with only about 10" of rain a year, and no snow. The people here are very laid back and easy going, and a very good place to go to school. We have 3 major universities here SDSU, USD, and UCSD. If your daughter gets accepted at one of our schools I know both of you will never want to leave here. Good luck in the search for a school.

Live in South OC and love San Diego.  As almost everywhere in California real estate is costly, apartments are costly but you can't beat the Southern California fun in the sun mental state in San Diego.  After my divorce I would have moved if I didn't have a young daughter just starting school.  Looking at your web page I will be visting San Diego more if you move in!!

Read that one and thought the exact same thing you did.  Between low wages (comparably) and outrageous prices, SD is a tough sell.
