I can't find any of her reviews nor her website. I wanted to get in touch with her regarding how Sonata is doing. Stephie...? Any word?

I just was in contact with her a couple of weeks ago. As far as she knows Sonata is doing well. She hasn't been returning her e-mails, but Barbilyn is still around.

She has an ad up on Cityvibe as well as a Geocities site as of tonight.  Maybe it was off for a bit.

I had no difficulty finding Barbiluv's reviews and website. Search under "Barbilyn" (an alternate name) for her glowing notices.

She is truly one of the great ladies of this life and country, as far as I'm concerned. She is the sincerest and sweetest person ever to grace her kindness in this hobby. I hope all of her visitors honor her with genuine respect.

...She was here and then gone. She had reviews appearing almost on a weekly basis and periodic postings herself here on the boards. Generally when a lady that has graced San Diego for as long as Barbi has, there is usually some type of a notice as to retirement or perhaps even just a short hiatus. In this case...nothin'. Either way, I hope all is going well for her. Has anyone else had any contact with Sonata since her move? Barbi said that she was doing well in northern California, but I've seen nothing on the SF board, no reviews nor a website. She was a great lady who life was just a little too rough on. I miss her greatly......

It is nice to get a good bye or heads up. There are 1,0000 reasons for someone to just move on. So I wont try to guess. I'll see if I hear some word, or hopefully someone will write you.

Jai is beautiful!  WOW!  I love her pics on her web site.  I would love to have that ice cream sundae at 31 Flavors  I have not had an opportunity to meet her in person, but WOW!!!

Last I talked to her she is fine.  She is still working. Not sure where her website went to. I will go and talk to her. I dont have VIP so if you could email my regular address I will let you know.  I am sure she is just going thru one of her phases.  You know the biz can get to you sometimes.  I will tell her you are thinking of her.

Not sure what I did when I attempted a search before came up empty handed. But, indeed, as soon as I tried again there she was!
I would love to hear from Sonata. Barbilyn seems to be the only go between. I hope she doesn't perceive my interest in Sonata as wasting her time...
