Called Thursday am to schedule with Hanna for afternoon.  Killed two hours in no cty to accommodate her schedule then wouldn't answer or return call.  Even if though she is inexpensive it still pisses me off....

Not to mention being treated rudely on the phone.  It's tough enough to contact someone for the first time and the first impression is, in a raspy voice, "Yea?"... Or "Call me back I'm busy!"... I think both sides need to extend politeness and courtesy.  That includes calling to cancel if something comes up at the last minute or either person is running late.

Stuff happens, but if she didn't eventually respond to apologise then that isn't too good.
