Can someone tell me what the secret is to meeting Shaysabadgirl? Is she even real?

Shay is very real, she can be great when she chooses to be.  She is not the best businesswoman and usually only works when she feels like it.  Numerous others have complained about her not showing up on time (or at all in some cases), not returning phone calls, e-mails, etc.  I used to see her on a fairly regular basis when she first started out in the business but gave up after being unable to reach her or schedule anything reliably.  

If you're persisent enough you will probably eventually be able to hook up with her, if I were you however I would recommend that you not book a room until she's actually showed up.

Shay's real. She is just a very busy girl.

She's not seeing anyone new right now due to the local climate.

She is keeping a low profile due to all of the "activity" going on in San Diego.  

She indicated she was only seeing people she has seen before.

Sure missing you since you're on a vaction now that you went away. Nothing is the same. There's noone as beautiful as you here in 'Dago. Hope to see you soon sunshine.
