C-N cancelled SD again.

Is it worth the trouble to schedule and have them cancel the appointment.  This is the 4th time they cancelled.

I know, that is bullsh*t.  Of course in SD they are not going to get the amount of business as LA.  How are they going to get more customer in SD if they keep cancelling every time?!  I try to spread the words for the agency but I guess SD is still not into the canadian agenies.
