I was one of the first to see Anna when she first got into the business. Her rate was $.5 per hr. Her screening was not very complex. Email and phone confirmation the day of the appointment. I drove down to CV from NC. I called her from the 7/11 and spoke to her. She said she would come and get me. She left me standing there at the 7/11. She did respond to my email the next day saying her car had been stolen. We rescheduled and she stood me up a second time after the long drive down again. On the third attemp I was successful. I saw her 4 times after that with no problem. IMHO, Her price is way too high for services rendered now.

After reading great reviews, my 2 hours with Anna was going to be a highlight of my trip to San Diego.  Alas, she's a no show, and no response to email's or phone calls.  Since TER rejected my "no show" review, I'm posing the question to the San Diego community:  is this a frequent issue with her?

There is a recent thread.  Do a search for the last 60 days and you will see it.  Sedagive.

Interesting posts of her earlier no show.  In my case, she had my real name.  I was registered at the hotel under my real name. She had my work #.  She had a reference.  She had my picture.  She had my cell phone.  She had my email address (that had my real name embedded in it).  We exchanged multiple emails confirming the appointment.  Her screening process is significant, but hey, if you don't want to do it, don't see the lady.

She has a history of no-show's, and is clearly the best in San Diego.  After the no-show, she had no response to my multiple phone calls.  No response to my email.

Anna, what's the story?  If I did something wrong or stupid, please share it with me.  I've been doing this for about a year, so I certainly don't claim to know everything I should!

TER states that their policy is NOT to honor no show reviews.  I'd like some input from the community on the TER policy.  I'm not from San Diego.  As a visitor, I hit the reviews and Anna comes out on top.  Now, after the no show, I'm directed to a string of no show discussion of Anna that was 60+ days ago.

If she had a bunch of no show reviews, I would have weighed risk/benefit and made the call.  Without the no show reviews, I didn't have a clue on her previous history, and lost out.

Question:  should TER allow no-show reviews?

Go to the Suggestions board, it's a couple pages back.

Not sure if this link works.

After reading your link, including the info about being stood up at a 7/11, I'm starting to see more of a pattern.

I totally understand the desire to protect the providers.  Hobbyists that get stood up tend to get a little pissed.  My belief is that staff should come up with something similiar to the airlines.  I can hit the internet and see the reliability of a given flight.  Will it be late or never show up?  What % of the time?  It could be in a provider review as well.

But what happens if I get emotional and send 10 reports of no show on a single provider?  Staff state that they can detect my 10 votes for "best face" and similar contests.  Staff should only allow the no show reports from paid members, and it should be easy to track.  Not a VIP member?  Too bad.  Become one and you would have the same input.

Duh, paid members would never "get emotional and send 10 reports of no show on a single provider"?  Only basic members???  Or post a fake no-show just to slam a provider against whom they had a grudge?  Curious logic at best.

And since every side of this discussion is agreed that should some form of no-show review come about it should not be eligible for VIP credit I'm really at a loss to understand why you even bring it up.

I bring it up primarily to provide balance to the discussion.  I respect that TER is here for both sides of this equation, and the whole picture falls apart if we alll don't play nice in the sandbox with each other.

Why paid vs. basic?  Paid members have an identifier that TER can track.  Basic can create a bunch of different sign on names.

Happened twice.  And while I wasn't totally convinced by the explanations, stuff happens.  I'm one of those that has NO problem with thorough background checks by the providers.  In any event, when I finally hooked up she was certainly fun, but not worth all the hassle IMO so I go elsewhere.

Thank you for the insight. I am planning a sport-fucking trip to San Diego and TJ mid-June. I had planned to book Anna. Not Now! TER MUST start to allow No Show reviews to warn the rest of us about a provider's flakey service.

Until we hear Anna's side of it.  Maybe she did flake out.  Maybe she's got a reasonable explanation.  I'd keep her on your list until other folks weigh in on the issue and you hear Anna's view.

I don't get it. What's the difference between a rip off and a no show? In the former, we as hobbyists lose money. In the latter, the provider loses money, we lose time. And for some, time is money so a no show = a rip off.

And I'm sure she will have a reason. The bottom line is she can get away with blowing people off because she has 10 guys who still want to see her for every one she blows off. And that's why she can charge as much as she does.

To leave someone waiting at a 7 11....how accomidating

Hey - Get in touch.  It's time we hooked up!

... though perhaps not the swallow he was anticipating.

I almost wrote a comment just like yours...but I took another approach and was richly rewarded.

I arranged to meet Anna a week ago and she was a no-show.  I was pissed and drove home composing the nasty review I would write.  But when I got to my computer, I decided to do something entirely different.  My thinking went like this: Anna is easily the most positively-reviewed person in San Diego.  Her reviews are consistently through the roof.  So that meant two things to me: she's in very high demand and she's worth a little extra effort.  So, I e-mailed her, letting her know I was disappointed and, rather than write a nasty review, I was going to try again and give her a chance to make it up to me.

I got an e-mail the next day apologizing profusely and begging...yes, BEGGING...for a chance to make it up to me.

We met the next day and, not only was she super sweet with me, but she fucked my balls off.  It was what I call a PGFE: an experience like having a porn star for a girlfriend.  Not only was it the best time I've ever had with a provider, it may have been the honest-to-God best sex I've ever had.  Period.

Anna clearly is in demand and has some time management problems, but think about all the effort you've put into getting laid with girlfriends and tell me she's not worth a little persistence!

======= oh so Anna was begging...hmmmmm... maybe her fan club was out of town and she needed someone to pay her bills...lucky you....

========= We met the next day and, not only was she super sweet with me, but she fucked my balls off.=========== oh my cho chweet ..........now we know why Anna has no consideration for not seeing people inspite of an appointment...she has 10 standing outside waiting for her to f***k their balls off.

============Anna clearly is in demand and has some time management problems,============ oh you seem to be so obsessed with her that even while accepting her brutality you butter it off........ but think about all the effort you've put into getting laid with girlfriends and tell me she's not worth a little persistence============ ouch! my heart goes out for you bro. its worth trying out to get laid with any of girlfriends for free than with Anna for $$$x3

Someone needs a refill on prozac.

Amen...I think somebody has a little trouble controlling his hostility.  Maybe, just maybe, he got stood up because he sounded like that on the phone and just freaked her out.

She could at least return the phone calls or give some sort of explanation as to why she stood him up.

Stating that my date on Sunday was not confirmed.  OK.  Time to move on.

Two things make sense moving forward:

1.  It would be great if staff were able to have a "no show" indicator on the site of the escort indicating reliability.  Nothing improves performance in the business world like a public report card, regardless of the business you are in.

2.  If you have a no show, put it in the local discussion section.  Be kind, be balanced, otherwise you are viewed as the problem.  Finally ...

Thanks San Diego.  You have a great city.
