I also never got notice, signed on on day and found I was a regular member, than had problems even after I had paid. Thought it was an auto payment system when the time ran out, found out otherwise.

.....I am relinquished back to the basic membership for some reason.   Whaaaaaaahhhh!!!!!

I have been given no clue as to what the problem is, but knowing TER is must be money related.

So the question is:

Doesn't TER have a "payment due" warning notice that they can send out for the VIPs who may not remember exactly when they signed up....?

And in the meantime, could they not use all the free days that I have racked up by sending in problem reports (approved of course) rather than just pulling the plug on me?

Part of our strength is due to VIPs who have been here for a while, and even though I am not posting reviews as much as when I was not paying for the membership, I still contribute to the cause.

i got a email to purchase more days or provide more reviews.

Maybe I am wrong, but I think that problem report credits are added to your "days left" totals.  This would mena that you used those up as well.

I've always had a 9 day notice.  Right now I'm basic because I'm flat broke and can't afford either VIP or seeing a provider, but that should change in a couple of months.
