I have been spending a fair amount of time over in the desert - Tucson and Phoenix.  I have been reading the Phoenix boards a lot and noticed the hobbiests and providers get together every so often.  The last get together they mentioned a providers vs. hobbiests softball game.  The ladies also get together for fun things every so often.  I was wondering if anybody may be interested in this type of thing in San Diego - a kind of a way to meet each other???

Why do you post under an alias, why don't you have any reviews if it's not an alias, and do you really think you are welcome back in the community?

hmmmm, lets see, a bunch of people who dont know each other meeting up and playing softball.  i can just see it now, "lady takes a swing, its going deep into right field!  she's rounding first, second, awwww, and she gets caught at third base, and she's out of there with the police task force!"  right.................you can go to the park and play with your own bat and balls.  don't tell us how it all turns out.

Are you going to provide the jelly doughnuts, and hand cuffs for this outting? How about chauffeuring us all around in black & white limos provided by the city?

i have been thinking about putting together a little outing via private invitation at one of our fine local gentlemen's clubs for some time.  my thought was to request that each hobbiest bring a provider.  i have discussed this with several providers and they are game.  a few of my non-posting hobbiest friends would also be interested....

I think that is an awsome idea SS.  Please let me know when and if you have this - I would love to bring 2 of my favorites Mya and Megan from Phoenix.  I got to know them both really well when I was in Phoenix.  That Meagan is a little firecracker!!

For the sake of playing devil's advocate, if you check into a hotel, do you have to give a driver's license number?  If your car is spotted outside a known residence, is that probable cause?  Can your car be impounded?  What about tracing your license back to your home, how did you prove your income to the bank?

If you want to lose your liberty, your car, and your abode, then Dr. Scott will be happy to drive you out to the game.  Don't forget the lingerie!  There's a pool party and fashion show at the end.  Not to mention the cool photos in the local newspaper!

sincerely, Janet

Sorry for the Alias but when we made a agency name change TER has been slow to update info.

Actually a Stripclub is not that hard of a place to put an event together. Most clubs have a private VIP room or and additional area that is not in use on slow days (Tues or Wed) and they are usually very accomodating if you let them know ahead of time. I know that there have been quite a few meet and greets in PHX that have been in Stripclubs and everyone has had a good time. Nothing is better than buying your ATF a couple lapdances.
I remember the one at the Penthouse club in PHX where you had an execptionally good time Mya.

OK this whole proposition is very intrigueing, yet also very provacative. I may not post that often, but here is my 2 cents worth. This proposed event is NOT like one akin to the one in the movie "Risky Business". This is purely a social gathering, for intellectual persuits ...right? Since when is it against the law for the opposite sex to talk to one another! Perhaps my bias, but I think the guys have more issues with this proposal than do the ladies. Hmmm ...the double standard??? I know most would like to retain their anoninimity and knowing that LE reads all this anyway ....I'm afraid they would be there incognito snapping pics and cataloging all of us! Regardless of whether they may take a single legal action. Ladies... pardon me for being blind to some of your concerns ...but most already lead a semi public life with photos for us all to admire anyway. I am not so sure a strip club is such a great idea in SD. Besides there are just to many associations in that type of venue with issues we are trying to avoid. A large club with some ambiance and a very mixed general public would be far less insinuating, if you follow my logic. Put me on the list! I am not saying would gaurantee showing up, but ...well hey there's issues to be worked out here! The point being, this is for a social purpose, use it for what it is ...to get to know each other and don't be stupid and incriminate yourself!

I know it all sounds like a great idea, but truth be told here in San Diego, CA we have VERY tough strip club laws. And with that being said...... Strip clubs are under enough fire right now since two city council men were indicted for fraud dealing with strip clubs, and taking bribes from the owner of Cheetahs just a couple months ago.
The other thing about that is the fact that almost every strip club in san diego does not look kindly on the escorting community. Back when I was dancing (not very long ago) club managers would not let girls schedule if they knew they were escorting on the side.
So the bottom line is that the strip clubs here would not welcome any group that could endanger their adult entertainment permits. (oh by the way, dancers and clubs here have to obtain these city/police permits from vice, and put our finger prints on file)
Would the likes of Visitors Friend like to see such a gathering? You bet he would! The city could make a nice hall with shutting down a strip club, and taking a lot of clients and providers to jail all at the same time. I could see the story on the news right now.
I really do whish we could all get together here and have meet and greets, but the danger in SD is to great. There have been many stories on the news showing how SD Vice usues this very forum for information, and making arrests.
Are we paranoid here in SD? OH HELL YES!!! for very good reasons. Hence the reason I now post with an alias, and lots of local providers have given up trying to use this forum all together. I hope and pray that no one here reading this, (locals, or visiting) is busted here in SD for something that should be legal in the first place.

This is the stupidest thread I've read in on this board in recent memory!  Why are any of you even bothering to respond?

EVERYONE knows vf is a COP, and even if he wasn't, no escort in her right mind should or would attend any event, social or otherwise, where the invitees were 'escorts and hobbyists.'

agreed. stop this foolishness.  this is like one of these "hey you've won a big screen TV" scams where all the winners are parole violaters

on another level, I think it's asking for trouble for all involved when you remove the arms-length relationship.

Seems to me, if we're gonna do this, it's gotta be at a "secret" place, and by invite only, with only those who are "verified" being invited.  Otherwise, as many have said, they'll be taking our picture and our plates, etc, etc, etc.

I personally think it would be fun to walk around all night with a nametag saying "Hi I'm Otaku".
