I am wondering where can I find information for providers not listed are reviewed on TER I been curious on a few providera
 for Months now but I have yet to see a review or TER profile yet. Want to make sure it is clear before business (LE, pimp, bait and switch, etc). Any help would be nice. I have link of provider I am looking at if needed thank you hobbiest
 there are many new providers recently in the San Diego area and all I been reading from a small hand full  
Of hobbies  is the new ones are ripping people off. so I try to wait until a review is posted and do my homework but it seem like over half of them Never get reviewed or something else is happening to much of a risk I look at it.

I consider it not worth the risk or bother to see unreviewed providers.  You can't really get info on them.  They may be delisted for good reason.  On occasion I well see an unreviewed provider.  Of the few times I have done it I have not had a problem.  However, I spend quite a bit of time following them first.  The bulk of the rip offs are going to be hot young looking girls, at least in the photos, we low rates.  I have my own criteria for deciding of an unreviewed is legit and few pass the test.  

Of the few that did:

One was young but the service was not very good so her first review was a 3 rating from me on performance.  

The next was in her mid 30's, was a bit average in looks but very good on performance.  I didn't review her either and can't currently review her because she advertises on a site TER does not currently allow.  

A third was also older, pissed me off at first because she kept me waiting an hour after the agreed time.  But she made up for it my knocking off part of the donation when she finally got home.  Then just as we were to get started, a friend of her's shows up at the house.  I'm kept waiting around another 30 minutes while she deals with her friend.  However, she made up for it again by having her friend (female hotter than she was and she was attractive) join us at no extra charge.  She also advertises on a site I can't currently use for reviews.  That was one of my more interesting experiences and to think I almost blew her off and left.  Definitely plan on seeing that one again.  I just need to make sure I have a few hours extra open to allow for more surprises she can make up for.

So there are some good finds out there.  It's just that usually it's not worth the risk and time, IMO.  But if you are very careful and good at filtering out the TGTBT it can work.

It can be a catch 22 for new ladies because reviews help their business, but they need business to get reviews.  Sometimes if they know other provider who is established that provider will vouch for them with some of her clients to get them jump started.  I have only been approached once to do that, and I wanted to, but her location made it very hard to schedule.  But if one is legit, you can be patient and wait for her to get reviewed.  It should happen eventually

only well reviewed (ie, at least 5 reviews, or a review by a reviewer i personally know and can discuss with) for me.

i'm not one to take one for the team.  scams and le aside, i don't want to find out she's nothing like i want.

if i were you i'd stick with ladies that have been well reviewed here.

Do you know how to use either google or tineye image searches? did you search her phone number?  
why don't you just find a reviewed girl. They come in all shapes, sizes, and price ranges.  

Unfortunately, reviews on here can be something more akin to fantasy and not reality. But, I aways do check reviews here before proceeding to book and I always look at the poorest reviews first. Any review I have submitted I can say that I feel they are an honest reflection of my experience. If I rate you, and I know that sounds crass, an 8 or better on looks then you are really exceptional, beautiful in fact. There are way too many on here that throw 9s and 10s out where it isn't close to being justifiable. You get to a 9 and that is model material and you get to 10 that is once in a lifetime. Something like that is going to cost you some money, more than most on here are willing to spend. As for performance that is all about that and I don't find those numbers to be inflated near as much on here.

I know it is hard to sometimes give an honest review when it comes to looks. No one wants to make someone feel bad. I have been with some providers where I would say that yes, they were worth the "looks" number at some time but that was a decade or so ago. I didn't want to submit a review so I am just as at fault as somebody who decides to go with the flow.
