I was looking for some fun today and always prefer to check the SD Board first. However, it's gone! All the US city ads are gone. Is this a glitch or a new policy?

would be virtually none of the more established/respected sites. It's likely to stay this way until one of the brave few who still operate ad sites (like BP or Postfster) get fined or arrested and win in court.
Meanwhile, keep yourself active on this board and the general board so potential clients know you're out there. Just don't make your posts look like a direct ad for services.
Otherwise, you can always try marketing yourself on the aforementioned still-operating sites and battle for attention with massage parlors and rip-offs.

Many providers will go UTR. I do not advertise on many sites anymore because this is just a hobby of mine now. I do not have time to be available & post ads. TER was my bread & butter, so this makes me realize that I need to go on more dates with my gf out in public just me & her. I used to catch dates anywhere...at the bar, the gym, the park. I am a very gregarious person by nature, and it is the old fashion method of hooking a man. I am out of practice, but I am excited to know that no one can stop me from selling my personality. I am positive I can find a sugar Daddy offline.

But seriously, it will be interesting to see how providers adapt. Haven't been bar hopping in some time but now you've got me excited to do it again. Can't think of anything better than flirting with a hot woman or two and then making arrangements. Love the wristband idea, or a secret hand signal, or secret message. Way back in the day when homosexuality was underground I understand gays had a phrase as a way to self identify.

There was recently (in Feb) a murder in Westminster at the Quality Inn. The victim was said to be a member of HX. There is some talk that the Westminster PD has already infiltrated that site.
Reddit has banned several forums since the passing of SESTA and FOSTA.

It was allowed to post on HX asking for help. Presumably they contacted the Southern California attorney listed at the website as the one to contact.
That is not to say that other LE browse the site and presumably this one also. Obviously, they browsed RB.
They "browse" HX too. You may know about their listing under the name of the Westminster Police department but are you aware of the many profiles that are related to LE on that site?
I'd call it an infiltration. And it's known about and talked about on other sites. Ladies who have been busted on the site and are now working with LE call it an infiltration.
But you use whatever makes you comfortable.
Simple solution for the ladies is to start with a massage ad on the various sites, still do your screening for your safety and build your network from there, things are just a bump in the road for now, plenty of ways around it.
I see no reason why we can't just build platforms that are harder for LE to touch. Something encrypted and decentralized, preferably with no obvious central leadership.
This is all possible in 2018, it's just going to take a little time for everyone to jump onboard.
