Hmmm…yes, I would think we all love multiple O’s during a session. There is no reason to slow me down at all, just let it happen. Old age is a bummer.
After significant personal research I find.
Although Viagra increases blood flow and makes erection possible, biological stamina depends on more factors than that one.

In session, i can get up for the job early in the game, but prolonging things apparently drains some other resource (calcium?) so that too much foreplay leaves me slack.
