i for one am surprised she even needs fake pics but miss p u are rite. several images on her homepage are stolen and blurred images from the linked model mayhem profile (and it's not kaylyn's MM page). i will be contacting the real model on her profile from mine with the information. stealing images is a no-no and totally illegal especially to edit the content. hopefully she will be contacted and the images removed to be replaced by real pics.

I am not sure what is really going on here, there ore so many other bigger problems going on all around us . I honestly think people should be more concerned about themselves not what others are doing or not doing. I HAVE HAD THE HONOR OF SEEING KAYLYN in person and she is more beautiful  than in then her pics , both looking and as a person . Let's stop all this cattiness , not sure why she did it , all I know a lot of providers don't show there faces etc . As they don't want people to identify themselves ,if you pm them or email them they will usually send you real pics. This is a great site but lets not convict someone without knowing all the facts.

As a top provider there is a certain level of integrity & I do notunderstand why anyone would support the use of using fake pics.  Pm sent no response yes she is pretty in person, but she has been using fake pics to get dates.

if she were known to be managed I would guess she may have not known. if I thought she were stupid i might let her know that stealing others hard work and images are a no no. she knows this shit. she is too smart and too pretty to pull this bullshit, sorry, no, this was not an accident from where i am sitting and no, sorry, no cattiness, I know and like her a lot but this is just shady business and hope it stops now people are becoming aware.

well it appears to be a moot point now, but really my concern was the potential liability to Kaylyn. Yes what she did was wrong but copyright infringement is one of those laws where the potential liability doesn't fit the crime. The fine for copyright infringement can be as high as $250,000 per infringement! Remember the one mother whose daughter downloaded 16 songs from a peer to peer music site? The mother fought the Record Industry in court, lost,  and was fined a staggering 16 X $250,000! I guess, though, there is more to this Kaylyn thing than meets the eye. Was the model hurt in all of this? Maybe and maybe not. Was she hurt to the tune of $250,000/per picture? Maybe and maybe not.

if my photos were the ones stolen and used to advertise THIS type of work where the photo stealer PROFITS from the stolen content you can be damn sure that i would look into the legal action i would have the option to pursue.

next time you go see a girl and the pics are off maybe you will see the light but as of now i'm certain you don't find this to be a big deal. what if it were your innocent daughters photos being used to advertise sex work? how would you feel then? we make a decision when taking and posting photos. that poor girl had no choice that her pics would be used for this type of "work" or advertising. who knows what the victim is going thru... kaylyn made a decision and will hopefully learn from this.

What can I say. Kind of a harsh view point from my perspective. Seems there is more to this than just the model's reputation. It kind of seems like a vendetta against Kaylyn. But hey that is none of my business. I'm just expressing my opinion, which like a lot of opinions most people probably find it worthless. i find her to be one of the nicer and HOTTER providers for san diego...

BUT this really brings me to question her integrity and common sense.

that was and is my only point and that if it were ME on the other end of the stealing i would be PISSED and fully expect compensation of some kind for the use of my images in fattening her wallet.

i KNOW she went thru some discretionary issues before so she stopped showing her face. there is NO reason to use stolen images unless you are up to shady business or are plain stupid (and i doubt the is in either of those groups so that is why i am indignant and baffled).

it's good you think highly of her (i do too but this is a trust blip that i find to leave a bad taste in mt mouth) BUT if u really think this is just about her and the model you need to re-read the intent of my OP here: to discontinue the use fake images here on TER for san diego.

i also know and like kaylyn and also agree she is better than her photos (of her) BUT this isn't about how great she is it's about the fact that she is doing something very shady and uncool for reasons that have yet to come to light.

from my stance:
stealing photos of other hot chicks and blurring the face is wak. i don't show my face but every photo i use is ME and always ME. she used to have real photos. she could have blurred new ones or the old ones. there were options she chose not to go with. i know you like kaylyn and all but if the table were turned and someone were using HER photos i can bet kaylyn would pissed the fuck off (esp after the discretionary issue from a while ago). kaylyn is NOT the victim here however she is being put in a spotlight that may not be a wholly positive one, unfortunately this is not my fault nor miss.P's: it's all kaylyn who did this to herself (unless there IS a logical explanation for all this photo stealing, which i would be happy to hear and try and gain an understanding for this issue).

to be honest I've never seen Kaylyn. I met her once briefly while with someone else. I have no opinion of her one way or the other. I just see her as someone who made a mistake and maybe deserves a little slack for being an imperfect human.  That's all.

Hey Mila, I had the pleasure of seeing you as well, you are both adorable and far better looking in person. It's not about being friends with kaylyn or any other of the providers a know and respect ,we are blessed in Sd of having the finest ladies anywhere. I was only trying to point out that so many ladies I've met. (only once) never again ,post pictures that are 10 years old, have the pics so photoshopped that they don't even resemble the person who comes to the door or are 30 lbs over weight ,to me that is even more dishonest, further more they post menus and then don't do what they advertise or even worse try to up sell . I learned a lot of valuable lessons , now stick to the best reviewed, check references from other hobbyist , get referrals and do my homework, honestly it has nothing to do with the pics you lovely ladies post, there is an old saying don't judge a book by its cover xoxo Eddie
