Sorry if it came across as a complaint, I didn't mean it that way. I just got used to doing things a certain way. Sounds like a good idea to switch back to cash then I guess. Thanks again for the info.

BTW I'm originally from SD but have been gone due to work for the past 9 years. Definitely happy to be home, can't say I fit in very well in the east.

Alternative donations

Hi, just got out here from DC and was wondering about providers not accepting credit or PayPal etc. Out here? Almost everyone did back east so what gives? This is just a general question and I have my reasons why I prefer that method but really don't want to get into it on here.

LE has been more active here lately than in the East. Most hobbyists and providers prefer NOT to have a paper trail. Its just local hobby culture. Don't take it personally.

Just because the east coast does things one way doesn't mean that's how we do it here. Imagine wearing their winter wardrobe here. Wouldn't work, we would drop of heat stroke!

Many ladies here accept credit card. I suggest posting an ISO for ladies who offer.
Your post is more of a complaint that you haven't found ladies (or perhaps not searched thoroughly) who accept CC payments.

I for one do not accept credit card however I do accept partial or full payments via gift cards. Usually to Amazon or Costco. Payments can be broken into a few gift cards also. I used to offer the 1/2/4 option for my previous hour bookings with 100 for iTunes, 200 for Costco and 400 for Amazon. It covers my expenses for those things I use most often.
