there are times for 'wham bam thank you mam' but for the most part it is more fun to start slow to really get things going.  There is a fine line between passion and lust but they are both something that are more enjoyable if you hold out for a bit.  I think waiting and going slow for the 'big finish' can be great for both man and woman.  Round two can be more of a fast pace because ther is no need to worry about being able to hold out.  When the maid walks in the room it will really slow things down

It really depends on the lady. Many of us read the reviews carefully to see what is and isn't "included". And it depends on the mood both client and lady happen to be in.
