Yes, she is.  Keep trying.  You'll be glad you did.  She is hard to get ahold of sometimes.

I know this lady well, and she just tends to have a lot on her plate.  However, she is very nice in person, and will make you forget any efforts to connect with her once you do.

Thanks to all who have helped here and on PM. I've sent her a number of emails and voicemails over the past week and had no luck. Maybe someday.
