When I was little the moral standard was still to wait until you were married to have sex. At least that is what our parents taught us.
In school it seemed like everyone was talking about it or doing it.

Then there came a time of oral and anal being ok. The teen point of view being it wasn't really sex, because it wasn't intercourse.

Then we moved on to promise rings and keeping your virginity. For many it actaully became cool.

I truly believe that one is in no place to judge another. We all do our best on any given day and make the best choice we can.

What I can't figure out is how I feel about one auctioning off their virginity. I think it makes me sad.
Do you really know what you have giving away as a person or as a women?
And I have to ask myself what sort of man would want to buy it?

Is taking one's virginity like saying you were with a porn star? Is it a token matter.

Wow, I had not heard of this until now. I know it may seem somewhat hypocritical of me to say this, but, to me, there is something profoundly wrong with either A) auctioning off your viginity, or B) bidding on it. I do agree that it is sad someone would do this.
