END OF MESSAGE

There's somebody new at the helm and whoever TER Support is these days, I am singing his/her praises.

I've written a smattering of reviews over the last decade (not much opportunity to hobby) and mostly it has been a neutral experience.

A year ago I wrote a review for Chloe, the artist formerly known as Sage and scored it a 10 but got knocked back to 9 because of errors I made with the selection boxes. I pleaded the case but got no satisfaction at all, and I gave up.

Recently I wrote a new review for Mariah (orange county, but SD too), scored it a 9 as I thought rules required me to, and said so in the review.  To my great surprise I got a PM from TER support telling me that Mariah DID qualify for a 10 according to my review and I could edit my report if I wanted to. I was so fast on it that I forgot to remove the last sentence about being restricted to a 9, but mission accomplished.

I had a nice exchange of PMs with TER Support and was emboldened to bring up Sage (the artist now known as Chloe)'s missing ten. TER support reviewed it and almost instantly upped the old report to the deserved 10 (take a look at last  June)

I was delighted with the great service and the righting of a wrong.

I don't know who it is turning the crank right now, but what a great difference this good customer service
makes in customer satisfaction.

And I just wanted to publicly acknowledge this great employee.

All praise to the current TER support.

A gentleman worth a thousand thank you's!
It warms my heart to feel the love returned!
I am grateful for friends like you and cherish our connection ;)
Kissez full of passion,
Chloe

Well, now I'm totally confused. I've been a member of TER for over12 years. In that time, I've seen some 10's given and certainly deserved. I thought I knew what constituted a '10' rating: among other things, Anal service was required to be accepted, but not necessarily engaged in.

Apparently, this rule is no longer applicable. So, dear Staff, what else has changed?
