Just out of curiosity, does anyone know of a provider that will accommodate a smoking fetish?  Nothing hardcore, but as a smoker myself (just plain ol' cigs), it would be nice to have a couple hour session where we could both unwind with a smoke or two while we enjoy ourselves.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

 I mentioned that to a client after a good round. We both were  exhausted, in a good way.  
Then upon his second Visit to San Diego. He Made sure we had one for after .
