I didn't want to answer for ALL ladies. I'm sure most treat a client like the NY provider described above very well.  Do you book that much time with the lady in question?  It's probably a no-brainer then, but not that many clients prepay for multiple sessions.  That is above & beyond so it's no surprise he gets above & beyond back.  

And I was just trying to give you a general answer. Whatever threshold of time you need to spend to warrant special treatment is probably different with every girl.  Regulars tend to get perks, right?

I really didn't think my answer was overly sensitive. It was suggesting a "courteous" approach instead of "entitled."  Apparently asking with courtesy = sensitive nowadays.

Because none of the Providers here responded? Shocking that they wouldn't advertise quickie discounts.

Your New York story may be factual, but not really on point. Advanced bookings and LTRs are going to garner special treatment. Also, I didn't see any indication that this noon-er quickie was done at a discount. She just complied with a special request from a client paid her monthly bills.

Plenty of providers will say sure, I'll meet you for a 1/2 hour....at my normal (donation for time and companionship only) rate.  All the prep and subsequent 'after appointment" freshening up effort is still there (I hope).  

Like "Just-a-dumb" said, if you already have a regular, just ask her, don't broadcast this to the world and don't hide behind an alias. Likewise, if you see an ad and the provider doesn't show a rate less than an hour, just ask privately if it's available. It's not a negotiation, it's a proposition. Most will just not respond, maybe a few "no's" and maybe a few takers, but unlikely to seriously offend.

Holy Cow!  Maybe the folks in SD are too sensitive.  Here is a response from a young lady in NY when I posed a similar question.  I truly respect her honesty and thought this arrangement is something that could work for me.  That's why I asked.

  If someone treats me really freakin well, I'll bend over backwards to accommodate them.  For ex:  I have a client, my best client, who prepays for about 6 sessions at a time.  The amount is enough that if I don't see any other client that month, I'm ok since that amount more than covers my living expenses.  He is VALUABLE to me.  So if he calls at 11am and says "come to my office at noon and I'm going to **** you on my desk and you need to leave by 12:20."  Guess what my answer would be?!
