Ideally one would like a great price, great looks (including body etc.) and awesome performance, not to mention a winning personality.  These four combinations are rare in a provider.  How would you rank order these assets when you are searching for a provider?  
And ladies this goes for you as well.  How would you rank order the hobbyists?

Personality, performance, looks, price.  I enjoy the experience more when I "click" with somebody and the session, i.e. "performance" is almost always better as a result.  If she meets my definition of gorgeous too, well I'm a lucky bastard, but it's not critical.  And I don't look for bargains, but I do think that what some providers ask is a bit beyond what a good time should cost. Some providers say that it's insulting to ask if the donation is negotiable, and I never have asked for a deal.  So I vote with my feet.  When I sense 'tude and a demand for big $, like the Bacharach song, I walk on by.
 

Personality, looks, performance, price. Case in point, my ATF was actually a stripper. Over time we got to know each other very well. Whether it was just hanging out before or after work or engaging conversations, that's what drove the passion during a dance. Yes, she's hot and the best kisser I've ever experienced, but it's the chemistry we have that keeps me from noticing a few wrinkles or a few extra pounds as we both age. For what I spent in a month, I could get a lot more "action" with an elite FBSM or quality FS provider, but any time I had to choose (whether schedule constraints or budget) I went with her.  

1) Winning Personality. This one is intangible. It depends on connection.  
2) Great performance. This one is tied to number 1. At least for me.
3) Great looks. Most of these gals already look great. Some are stunning.
4) Cost. Shit, I have already spent enough on the best. Why stop now?

For me, a great personality enhances the looks, which enhances the experience.......

But in the end, looks triumph over all. I'm pretty vanilla in the bedroom so if she's got a stunning face I'll be a happy guy. But I've seen ladies who were rock stars in performance but nsm otherwise, and it's a not starter.

I don't care about the rest. Looks, body, personality. If she's got all that and I'm doing it I'm gonna be a happy camper.  That is unless she just lays there. It did happen once.

... or at least that's what an old friend of mine used to tell me.  Nevertheless it sure helps if she has one, or at least seems to be happy that you're there with her and takes the time to express that physically.  So for me it would go: personality, performance, looks, cost.  In reality, I look for the full package - someone who has the reputation of being friendly, really knows how to meet a guy's needs, is at least an 8, and doesn't charge more than I'm willing to part with for a session.  The reality is, there are many providers who have at least two of these qualities, but very few who have the full combination.

I've seen qute a few that have the whole package in the 300 to 500 range. But as always YMMV!

looks, looks and looks.  If I'm not greeted by a pretty/hot girl at the door, I can't get excited.

I think looks is probably what gets a guy's interest initially, and then he weighs in the other factors (price, checking reviews to find out about performance and personality) before deciding to see a lady.  I'm pretty sure a man needs to be attracted to the provider before even considering the other traits.

As most have said, personality, performance , looks, donation.  I've seen several beautiful ladies but their performance and personality sucked, figuratively.  But there is a point where looks  over rides all other factors.   Aa well, donation has its limits.

One would think a man needs to be attracted to a provider before seeing her but that's not always the case.  For some, looks is it. If you ever read the reviews some of these guys will say they weren't attracted but the session was amazing or they saw her ONLY because she had a certain skill. Some are just after DDs whether they are on a bbw or spinner, it might not matter to them. Some go just because they think it's a bargain no matter what. You hear it all the time "for the price alone, I'd go back". I don't scan through all the reviews but I will read them if she was used as a reference.  

I have a recent review that said he wasn't into women with my build but he saw me anyways. He knew this before he saw me and he says this in his review. So if he wasn't initially attracted to me then why did he see me? Is it fair that I got a mediocre review from someone that wasn't into me in the first place? It's like going out for sushi when you know you don't like fish then turn around and give that place a bad review. That's another story...I'm drifting off. I'm not going to mention names but there is a provider who has amazing performance reviews/numbers but her rating for looks are on the lower end. I think it's obvious the guys that see her rank skills at #1.  

I'm not trying to argue with you. When I first got into this business I thought it was based on looks and it clearly isn't all about looks for everyone.  If it were all about looks then we wouldn't have the variety of women in this business that we do. Everyone would look like they stepped off a playboy magazine.

Spice of life...someone for everyone. I might be beautiful to one guy and not so much to another.

Honestly I do not care how  old you are if your thing is to merely converse with a young babe then there are a lot of cheaper ways to do it than pay for there time. Just go somewhere like the beach or gym for instance and nutt it up and say hi and strike up a conversation about whatever, hell most of these girls will probably think your just some nice old dude sharing your wisdom about life or something. If they shine you on big deal its not like you had a real chance of scoring with them anyway and move on.

 I love beautiful women as much as the next guy but I find most women to have something beautiful about them anyway no matter there age, race, size, ethnicity etc. Though I have not been with a provider that I would consider less than a 8 on appearance and I do consider there pics and descriptions as reasons to see her that they have to have to be a super model is not my main goal and to tell the truth I have been very disappointed after visiting with some quote model quality girls either by there performance and or demeanor towards me. Of course I have had some great times with some very beautiful providers but they had other quality's about them along with some awesome skill sets that set them apart. I could also be accused of rating some providers a bit higher on appearance than some others though not way off but mainly that was do to the fact that from the moment I met them they just had a way of turning on the sensuality and had such a genuine down to earth personality that they came off to me as well 'HOT".

 So I guess i would say that performance along with personality mean the most to me, just my 2 cents worth!

What's logic and sense got to do with it Miss Toni Luscious?  Attraction is more complicated than just looks...I learned that lesson a long time ago when I was horrified to discover that I was very turned on by a homely woman, even before I knew how skilled she was.   Personality and attitude is more important than looks, as far as I'm concerned.  The good looking girl that just wants to get it over with isn't going to leave you with fond memories...but the girl next door who turns out to be a complete freak will.

I read some of the same reviews as you ... the ones where the guy is disappointed in her looks, but then says its the best session he's ever had and gives a mediocre score.  If a guy writes that she can ride like an olympic equestrian gold medalist, says how great it is, and in the next sentence gives her a 6, I recognize that he doesn't understand how lucky he is yet.  I put her on my to do list.

Occasionally I find myself attracted to women I normally wouldn't be attracted to (thin or really) and have to scratch the itch, even when I know it probably isn't a good idea.  Good thing its only a hobby
