I've heard guys tease to call 911 and get the hell out, because they don't want to be caught in that position.
If at their place maybe... if at a girls in-call different scenerio.

But in a true life or death matter that would be a hard call. I think most would do what they can to save a life. And worry about any embarrassment or back lash later.

I know you asked for the ladies' perspective.  But, from my standpoint, I'm not sure if sure I would want her to save my ass.  

In that situtation, life as you knew it would be over, you would be fucked for life and you would be better off dead.  At that point, she can take my car (as long as she doesn't ride the clutch, is easy on the rims and keeps it well maintained); I wouldn't need any more anyhow.  If she really wanted to do me a favor, she could drag my ass downstairs, throw my body in the trunk and then dump my body in a pig farm; then, at least, it would look like a mob hit. LOL  Finally, I would hope the coronary hits while working on that increasingly ellusive third pop and, better yet, during the perfect fantasy double, then I would have experienced the fantasy double before I died and there would be two girls to put my carcass in the trunk.  LOL

Life and death is a serious matter. There's no time to think, definitely will call 911 quickly as possible.  Even few seconds or minute could make the world of difference at that point.  
Saving a life is more important.
Guys married might get caught messing around and we as providers have alot to risk as well.  We all have to face our consequences for our action/decisions that we make.
Getting caught in the Act vs. saving saving someone's life...
Not a hard choice.
