Some of us guys have very limited budgets with no wiggle room. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I would never try with a provider whose rates are within my range, but there are some very exceptional women who can get their rate with no problems,..but might take pity on a horny guy without deep pockets.
So. Question: should us ladies OUT those gents here who "haggle" or try to "negotiate" And I don't mean once. I mean every time they want to try to meet.
I'll leave the question at that. No drama from me: just an honest inquiry. I for one would love to know if the same guys are bargaining with everyone (or just me).
I don't believe that this situation merits Outing them. I could see chronic NCNS, shorting a lady and aggressive behavior as being justifiable reasons to do so.
We both know that haggling occurs all the time, some ladies will engage and some won't. If the same individual continually attempts this, then it just may be a matter of finding the appropriate technique to have this individual cease.
I find it hard to believe that anyone would haggle on price. That sounds tacky to me. I wouldn't out them but I would negotiate in the other direction. I would add $100 to the listed price.
I wonder if they negotiate price when they call a plumber or go to the doctors office?

Ok, so you have a limited budget. So why not wait till you have the appropriate funds?
The day will come when you are able to see one of these exceptional ladies and because you tried to negotiate with them previously, they may not be interested in meeting you.

If you look around, you'll find that many of the well-established ladies already do offer all sorts of special prices -- birthday, veteran, first responder, 2 hours-get-one-free, etc. Even some of the highest-price ladies in San Diego offer occasional specials.
I personally think negotiating price with a provider is tacky and I don't do it. I either pick someone who matches the money in my wallet, or I save for the occasional splurge.
