This is why I check references.

TER has full pages ads on the back of playboy magazines.  Google "escorts" and all of our ads come up.  It's never been a secret.

It's circumstantial evidence.

All anybody has to do is say my boyfriend posted that ad to mess with me.

Unless we show up at a sting we can't get in trouble

So if you've not read the general board today, there is a now ex-wife  of a TER member going on a tear using Twitter. The account is named Hookers_Exposed.  

You may want to consider locking up your account. She's targeting not only the women, but also the folks who follow you.

The reason we can all post ads on the escort boards is that it's not illegal to be an escort. It's not a crime to sell our time. What is illegal is to exchange lewd and sexual ask for money. They still have to prove someone is doing that.

No, they do not.  You have not kept up with changes in the law the past 3 decades.  Since a license is now required in San Diego (and many other jurisdictions), law enforcement does not have to prove the elements of solicitation or prostitution, merely the absence of an escort/nude entertainment license.

Chapter 3, Article 3, Division 28 of the San Diego Municipal Code is titled "Escort Services":

These ladies don't do anything that even requires a license. It's all fiction regardless of their reviews, websites and backpage ads. They are simply looking for companionship and anything that occurs between consenting adults ... Well ... You know;)

Goodness gracious hopefully they don't cross state lines like go to Vegas as then it's a Fed issue under RICO law.

Yes and NO.  What happens with Twitter is that an account that exceeds a certain thresh hold of hits get automatically suspended.  It will be back on line soon :)

She's got a serious axe to grind, that's for sure.  She blames everyone else for her marriage ending, but fails to recognize her own actions which lead to it.

For the record, blocking her doesn't really stop her from seeing your account. She merely has to do an internet search and she can see your posts, along with who you follow and who follows you.
