Providing an incall has been a challenge for me since I have absolutely no privacy where I live.

Does anyone have suggestions? Perhaps there is someone who is willing to share an incall? I've done this in the past where I pay a certain amount to use another provider's incall location. I'm in the San Diego area.

I chatted with you before.  We are right by each other on SD top 100, remember?  I have a place in East County.  Would you be interested in coming South east to work from time to time and I could go north to work with you?  Just a thought...
I do like to get a hotel room in North County once every month or so to see some NC clients.  If you have considered coming to East County for similar reasons, maybe we can work something out so we can save on hotels.
