So a little background...  I researched my provider carefully here on TER and she was very highly rated with over 40 reviews. I set up a date a few days in advance for Saturday. We both confirmed the date the Day prior. Everything was a go. Saturday I email her a couple of hours before our meeting, her preferred method of contact, asking for directions/address of her incall. No response. Then about an hour before, I try texting the same request with no response.

45 min drive & waited over an hour WTF that sucks & your concerned about her.  Your a sweetheart!  If you need some TLC...TnT Specials!

Sometimes people even with good reputations (providers & gentlemen) screw up every now and then. Nothing on you, and not even an emergency. One oversleeps then is too embarrassed to reach out and honestly explain what happened.

..and with response, I move on. But I do let her know that I won't be trying to get ahold of her in the future and leave it to her to contact me if she wants to see me in the second try and that I won't try again.

You don't have the facts yet.  
I was fairly new and had  my research as well.  I did all the steps you outlined with setting the date and attemting to confirm the day of.  I arrived and waited a hour.  No response for 48 hours. I wrote her a scathing letter about being stood up and some other trash I won't repeat here.   Turns out she had a medical emergency and was in the hospital for three days.   She  profusly appologized and offered a free make up.  She was and is a very classy lady in my book.  On the other hand there are flakes...leave it and move on but do send her a email telling her your disappointment.  If she chooses to respond take it from there..
