(I posted this on the Seattle board, but I figured I'd bore San Diego with it too)  

So, I've lived in San Diego now for years, I've always heard to watch for the san diego scams.  The girls who show up with drivers/thugs.  The agencies.  And, of course, let me not forget, the girls who show up, ask for the $$ immediately, then tell you that's just the fee to show up, and that if you want more, you have to pay more.  Sometimes lot's more.  

Well, I had an unexpected free night in Seattle this week, I figured, any TER girl won't see me at the last minute, so I look at Craigslist (strike 1).  I looked at a bunch of the CL girls.   I see $$, I think Hmmm, they're inexpensive (strike 2).  This could be fun.  

NOT!!!

As soon as she gets the $$, (which she demands immediately, of course), I find out that's for basically nothing.  Another $$ she says, if I want anything more than for her to sit there.  OK, I wasn't thinking with the higher up brain, $$ gets forked over (strike 3).  As soon as she gets it, she says, "you only get one pop".  We do it, quite literally, 10 minutes, she jumps up and gets dressed.  Gives me a special number to call her if I want her again.  I say "you don't get a lot of repeat business, do you?", but she's undaunted.  

Whatever, right?  I didn't get arrested or beat up, so it's much better than it could have been.  I have learned a life's lesson.  And I'm posting this to hope that SOMEONE ELSE will learn from it too.  I mean no disrespect to Seattle -- it was my own stupidity.  As it says, this is a rant.  I should have asked, asked, asked.  

But talk about catch22?  The girls complain "he asked me way too many questions, he must have been a cop".  Yet, if you ask too few questions, look what you get.  The moral of the story?  I won't be going to a provider without reviews, any time soon.  

I hope someone gets some more pleasure out of reading this, then I did out of my $$$$.

Since you are from SD you may have never experienced an area that has great agencies.  Here is SD everybody is used to seeing independents but you can see some great ladies in Seattle that work for an agency called Elliott Bay.  The one thing that is usually good about agencies is that you can get pre-screened before you go to the area and many times see a lady at the last minute as they have more ladies to book.  

I would never take this approach with an independent because of she has to do all of the work herself.  With an agency they have staff to do the screening and answer phones so the ladies who are available to see are free to live their day lives without having to do the extra screening work.

I am not saying I would do this just to get screened.  But, if I think I may have time to see a lady during a trip but can't pinpoint that time, an agency is always better in cities where reliable agencies are available.  There is even an agency in Indiana that charges a minimal annual membership but will act as a reference until your membership expires and give you a discounted price to see their ladies.  

The bottom line.  Agencies in many cities will be better than scouring Craigslist at the last minute.

is the gratest thing since sliced bread, and that it just shows that all the TER women are overpriced.  They can scour CL all they want...I will stick with knowing what to expect, thank you.

See my post below.  All of the info I got was from here at TER.  That is why I posted the "Warning".  The TER reviews sounded good.  But different girl, $$ up front, etc....  spooked me into enjoying the evening by myself. I don't know who the reviews were actually of.   Moral of the story:  It is not just Craigs list that has scammers.
