Stupid statistics....

I find the 0.2, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.7 sig figs to be funny.  

I don't know about you but I'm not totally on board with 7.5 partners.  I've done a mental inventory and I keep coming up with whole numbers.  

At 0.5, which half does one get?  Do you get to choose?  Even worse, what does one get at 0.2 partners?
