I would say you've earned a break:  Wasn't it just 6 months ago you were giving every ounce of effort to a battle with the "managed care" medical establishment?  It seemed like day after day, you were getting no where.  

Please take a few minutes during your vacation to reward yourself for being persistant and confident enough to get back to where you are today.  And maybe, time permitting, remember thankfully that your family and friends were there when you needed them.  You had courage and resources that a lot of people in this country die for lack of.  You certinly opened my eyes to the fact that having insurance doesn't mean we necesarily get exams, consults, physicians, tretment or hospitalization when we need them.
