I inquired recently on these forums about a particular provider. Several seemed sure she's LE. I recently came across (no pun intended) another gal who looked promising. She is on craigslist and has a website. Furthermore she has two reviews on TER. Here's the kicker. One of her reviews is by someone who only has one review. The other reviewer has previously given a glowing recommendation to the 1st lady mentioned above. Naturally I do not want to contribute to negative reports on someone who could be legit. I will say that despite my strong interest in the second lady.. there is zero chance i'd give her a try.
Does the "particular provider" have many reviews? Is she reviewed by any reliable VIPs?
The Kicker: Has "the other reviewer" posted reviews of familiar (non LE) providers in the area? Are all the reviews positive?
