How many of the CL girls are legit?  Some seem TGTBT and probably are.  Others seem real.  How do I go about this?

I post on CL and I get some increidbly nice and genuine men,, as with anything, you should screen and be careful always, but in answer to your question, you can always check the TER site for reviews..or post and ask if anyone has seen her!  Not as failproof as TER but it does work...stay away from the places with no words and websites only,,, this is spam and should be removed,, frees up space for all the ligit girls on there!
